【Overview】
IS single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump for conveying water or physical and chemical properties similar to the liquid water, medium temperature ≤ 80 ℃.
【Structural features】
This series is horizontal installation, the horizontal axial suction, the vertical direction of the discharge outlet, (IY-type pump outlet from the suction side, can be divided into right, left, up) maintenance without disassembly import and export pipeline You can take out the rotor parts maintenance, shaft seal can be used to seal or use no mechanical seal, depending on the use of different types of pump material is divided into ordinary cast iron, wear-resistant cast iron, cast steel, cast stainless steel.
The main components of the series are pump body, impeller, seal ring, impeller nut, pump cover, sealing parts, intermediate bracket, shaft and suspension.
Pump structure features: the pump cover through the mouth fixed in the middle of the bracket, and then through the pump and the middle bracket stop the connection, the pump cover in the middle. The pump body is axial suction, radial discharge, foot bearing type, can be directly fixed on the base. The suspension member is fixed to the intermediate bracket by a notch and is supported on the base by a suspension bracket. Maintenance can not remove the import and export of connecting lines, pumps and motors, just remove the coupling of the middle of the coupling, you can exit the rotor parts for maintenance.
The pump is connected to the motor via a flexible coupling, and the pump rotates clockwise from the drive side.
