    First, before the start of the inspection:

    1, check the insulation resistance must be more than 2MΩ.

    2. Check that the direction of rotation of the motor is the same as the direction of the arrow on the pump housing.

    3, check whether the bearing monitor to the specified area, the pointer to the red indicator with an exception.

    4, check the fastening parts are solid, pressure gauge, cooling water is easy to use, the outlet valve and pump exhaust valve is closed and leak.

    5, check whether the cooling water has passed.

    Second, the pump start:

    1, fully open the inlet valve, micro bypass bypass valve, remove the pump inside the gas. While the reverse circulation valve is fully open, so that the pipeline is filled with liquid.

    2, start the pump, open the bypass valve, fully discharge the gas inside the pump.

    3, after the exhaust, and gradually shut the bypass valve, check the outlet pressure gauge is in the specified pressure, and slowly open the outlet valve, so that the discharge reaches the operating point of the flow.

    4, adjust the reverse circulation pipe valve, so that the reverse circulation flow remained in the range of 8-15l / min, while observing the glass mirror whether the full flow of liquid.

    5, the operation process should pay attention to the pressure before and after the rough filter, if the pressure increase is too large, to be inverted pump processing.

    Third, stop the pump or switch pump

    1. After the pump is opened by the open pump, then slowly turn off the outlet valve. At the same time, observe the operation of the standby pump and confirm that there is no abnormality.

    2. Press the stop button to stop the pump;

    3. Close the outlet valve;

    4. Stop the cooling water.

    Fourth, the safe operation of shielding pump Note:

    1, in the normal operation process, the outlet valve is not allowed to close the closure, to maintain a micro-open state, to prevent air resistance within the pump.

    2, is strictly prohibited no liquid operation and 1min above the flow operation, to prevent damage to the motor and bearings.

    3, is strictly prohibited reverse run more than 1min, reverse operation may lead to abnormal wear and tear bearing.

    4, is strictly prohibited in the cavitation state of operation, the pump running in the cavitation state, will lead to early wear and tear bearing.

    5, stop the pump when you first open the bypass valve, and then close the pump outlet valve, press the stop button, off the reverse circulation valve.

    Fifth, routine maintenance

    1, should always check the smooth flow of cooling water to ensure that the pump surface temperature does not exceed the specified value, but also pay attention to saving water;

    2, to always check the TRG instructions, such as the occurrence of abnormal to decisive processing;

    3, check the pressure instructions, the entrance filter blockage, if necessary, to clean up;

    4, check the operation of sound, vibration, leakage and other abnormalities and to deal with;

    5, to adjust the outlet valve to ensure that it does not overload operation;

    6, shielding pump troubleshooting reference instructions and shielding pump failure and its causes and solutions;

    7, long-term use should be pump cooling water, the media clean to ensure that it does not rust and frost

    Six, shield pump common fault and treatment

    1, graphite bearing damage reasons: cavitation, between the axis of movement, graphite burst.

    Remedy: switch the pump and replace the bearing.

    2, the pump can not start Cause: medium crystallization or low temperature viscosity.

    Remedy: switch pump to increase pump temperature.

    3, the pump overheating reasons: cavitation or cooling water interruption.

    Treatment: identify the cause to eliminate cavitation; restore the cooling water.

    4, vibration or noise reasons: cavitation or bearing wear.

    Remedy: identify the cause of elimination of cavitation; switch the pump to replace the bearing.

    5, the export pressure is low reasons: cavitation, impeller damage, the entrance of impurities blocked.

    Remedy: Identify the cause Eliminate cavitation; switch the pump and replace the impeller or remove the impurities.
