使用时请注意：
1、喷射液的蒸汽进口、料液进口需要垂直安装止回阀。
2、喷射器的蒸汽室、料液室需安装0—1 Mpa压力表。在温度计接口安装0—150℃电子温度计。
3、为避免喷射器喷嘴被包绳、杂物等堵塞，应在进调浆罐时加装除渣篓（筛网为14—16目/英寸）。
4、淀粉乳进料泵采用工作压力大于0.4Mpa的高温浓浆泵。
5、该设备适用于30—40℃浓度的淀粉乳。按工艺要求调好PH值，加入所需的酶制剂。
6、调节蒸汽阀和进料阀，使液化出口温度达到工艺要求。
7、液化结束后应用清水冲洗喷射器，保持其洁净。
